My kale is going strong. Self-sown sunflowers weave in along with self-sown blue borage. I eat the flowers and they taste like cucumbers. ‘Invincibelle Spirit’ hydrangea looks so pretty with fragrant deciduous upright Azalea ‘Millenium’ in my courtyard. Find the tomatoes in this picture! This was my purple tulip trial bed. Then the poppies seeded in. Now there are five tomatoes in cages ready to fill the space when the poppies are done. A yellow Shasta daisy given to me by a friend combines so well with Iris pallida ‘Variegata’. Same color, two different textures. Coreopsis and ‘Happy Returns’ daylilies came with the house. I put them next to each other for an awesome effect.
