Last Garden Walk of the Season
9:30 – 10:30 am
To cut or not to cut, that is the question. Nancy will show you how and when to cut back all the different perennials and flowering shrubs. She will demonstrate hilling up roses and other late season chores. This is your last chance this growing season to ask Nancy all of your questions – in the garden!
Tool Sharpening 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Bring us your dull, tired, rusty pruning shears, loppers, shovels, edging spades, and other garden tools. Jaime Vestergaard and Juan Goglia of the Natureworks installation crew will sharpen your tools for FREE! These experts will use the old sharpening wheel and honing stones that Nancy’s father used to sharpen tools. Before you put your tools away for the season, take care of them properly.
*Note: Limit one tool per customer
